Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Time & Date Calc - Aviation, a mobile application for iPhone and iPad developed and published by KavNik Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Your use of the App Store and Apple services is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms where they apply.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Time & Date Calc - Aviation as distributed on the App Store under that name, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of the App
The App is distributed on the Apple App Store for compatible iOS and iPadOS devices. It provides features including but not limited to:
- Time Tools: Smart Time calc; Aviation forecast (time and date modes); Fuel Calculator
- Date Tools: Date Calculator; Date Difference; Age Calculator; Workdays Calculator
- Utilities: standard arithmetic Calculator; Time Zone Converter; Countdown Timer; Expense Splitter
- Settings: appearance, calculator preferences, Premium, legal links, feedback, and about
Calculation data, history, records, and preferences are stored locally on your device. KavNik does not operate a companion cloud service that stores your calculator payloads as part of ordinary use.
3. License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Apple’s rules, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, as permitted by Apple’s usage rules.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App except as allowed by applicable law
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App where prohibited by law or license
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
4. In-App Purchases & Refunds
4.1 Premium
The App offers Premium through Apple’s In-App Purchase system (StoreKit), which may include subscriptions and/or one-time unlock options. The live App Store listing and in-app paywall show what is available in your region.
Premium may include, depending on the build: removal of advertisements; unlimited history and records where applicable; advanced layouts (e.g. full Smart Time layout); export features; and other items described in-app.
4.2 Payment processing
Payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details.
4.3 Refunds
Refund requests follow Apple’s refund process. You may also contact us at support@kavniktech.com for assistance coordinating with Apple where appropriate.
5. Advertisements
The free version may display advertisements through third-party networks, which requires network access. Premium removes ads. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising may relate to your data.
6. Permissions & system features
The App may request or use:
- Network — ads, StoreKit product information, and related services
- Notifications — countdown completion alerts when you enable them
- Haptics and sound — optional feedback in calculator interfaces when toggled in Settings
- App Tracking Transparency — optional prompt related to ad relevance on supported iOS versions
Exact prompts depend on iOS version and your choices in Settings.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights in the App remain with KavNik Technologies Pvt Ltd. You may not use our names or logos without permission.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App lawfully, keep your device secure, and verify critical calculations independently. Do not attempt to circumvent Premium or abuse export or ad systems.
9. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by law, KavNik Technologies Pvt Ltd disclaims liability for errors in calculations, data loss on device, downtime, or indirect damages. The App is a general utility and not a certified aviation, legal, financial, or safety instrument.
10. Disclaimer on Calculation Accuracy
Results are for informational use. Independently verify any outcome used for professional, regulatory, or safety-critical decisions.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may cease distribution or updates subject to Apple’s policies.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms; the date above will change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate third-party advertising and uses Apple StoreKit for purchases. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence where they cannot be waived.
15. Severability
If a provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and KavNik regarding the App, subject to Apple’s applicable terms for App Store distribution.
